Living with ADHD can be both a Gift and a Challenge. I used to say this to myself often growing up, "why cant I be normal" It took me years to embrace who and what I carried and now I see it as the GREATEST SUPERPOWER there is, to me!

By embracing our ADHD then mastering our senses, we can unlock our full potential and find fulfilling careers and passions that align with our strengths. We can have healthy, happy relationships and exciting lives with time, all things are possible. Colors, music, and foods have a profound impact on our mood and focus. By understanding how different colors affect us, we can create environments that promote productivity and calmness. Experimenting with different genres of music (Bosa Nova Jazz, Water & Piano) can help us find the perfect soundtrack for concentration and creativity. And when it comes to foods, certain nutrients can support brain function and improve focus. By incorporating these elements into our daily lives, we can optimize our environment for success, remember "Fuel the Body vs. Feed It."

What about our environments and the people we associate with?

Our environments play a crucial role in our ability to focus and thrive. Creating a clutter-free (light colors, clean lines) and organized space can help reduce distractions and promote clarity of mind. Additionally, surrounding ourselves with supportive and understanding individuals can make a world of difference ( people whom complain, and are pessimistic) can cause uneasiness and be hard to deal with, key your circle light like you. Building a network of people who appreciate our unique strengths and (allow you to be great in your line, no micro-managing) can help us navigate challenges and can provide the encouragement and motivation we need to succeed, however you biggest motivation and encouragement MUST BE YOU!
