LIQUIDS: Water, Apple Cider Vinegar Liquid Aminos or Liquid Smoke, Hot Sauce.

WET INGREDIENTS: Ketchup (tomato paste) Mustard, 

DRY INGREDIENTS/POWDERS  Garlic-Onion-Sage-Cumin-Chili-Smoked Paprika.

Measurements? I know you were asking. This is the foundation the measurements are really up to you, how much of any one thing do you want to be there, what do you want to taste? Sage is to be used in the smallest amount of all the ingredients too much and it is bitter . You want just enough you can't taste it but you know its there.
