Because I been doing this and have noticed significant energy along with other changes I decided we'd share this information, knowledge is power and you have the power to change the way you feel, the way you see yourself and the way the world around you is from inside out. When you stand instead of sitting, your body has to work harder to maintain balance and stability and you will feel stronger, more confident and empowered. Try starting off with 1/2 the day first. This increased effort leads to a higher calorie burn throughout the day, then try an 8 hour stretch. Studies have shown that standing can burn up to 50 more calories per hour compared to sitting.
