As a tea stinging nettle is an anti-inflammatory and has been used to treat painful muscles, joints, gout, arthritis eczema and anemia so it is a most that we include it in each one of our Bombs.

Here are the ingredients you'll find in our product. Baking soda, citric acid, polysorbate 80 (foaming agent) SLSA powder (oils dispersing agent for non-slip & safety) sweet almond oil, stinging nettle leaf powder, arrowroot powder & ONLY essential oils.

USES: Soften skin and hard water, exfoliates dead skin cells improve circulation, relieve stress, detoxify, soothe sore muscles and tenderize skin.
